We’re here to support young people looking for opportunities to gain skills and employment, as well as more experienced people looking to change careers. Whether you’ve already chosen to enter the construction industry or are still deciding if it’s the right fit, Go Construct provides information and advice on finding fulfilling, engaging roles that are right for your capabilities and interests.

Go Construct is supported by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Levy, which is funded by employers in the construction industry - from family firms right through to multinational companies. Our purpose is to help people access the information they need to consider a career in construction and to help fulfil the sector's need for a larger and more representative workforce.
